We’re Hiring: On-Road Motorcycle Instructor (Full Time)

BUMPY Ltd is recruiting a full-time On-Road Motorcycle Instructor to join our experienced and supportive team at our purpose-built training facilities in Birstall, West Yorkshire.

This role is ideal for either qualified DVSA motorcycle instructors or experienced riders looking for a career change. If you’ve held a full Category A motorcycle licence for at least three years, have a sound understanding of the Highway Code, and enjoy helping others learn, we’d love to hear from you.

For suitable candidates, all instructor training and qualification costs are fully covered, providing a clear pathway from experienced rider to professional instructor. Qualified instructors will deliver a mixture of CBT and DAS training, while new instructors will progress through the full training programme, starting with CBT.

The position is full time, working five days per week on a shift-based rota covering Monday to Sunday. Work is primarily daytime, with some scope for evening sessions during lighter summer months. An instructor motorcycle is provided from BUMPY’s own fleet, meaning no additional costs or use of personal bikes.
