All our branded clothing is printed to order, so there is a 1 to 2 week turnaround with them.
We collect and place orders on a Friday and usually collect them from the printers the following Friday.
If you have chosen delivery, your item(s) will be carefully checked and packed and you will receive a further email to state it has been posted.
If you have chosen to collect from BUMPY Ltd then you will receive an email to state your order is ready for collection from our Reception at BUMPY Ltd, Howden Clough Industrial Estate, Leeds Road, Birstall, WF17 0JB. Please don't come to collect them until we have notified your order is ready to do so.
As items are made to order, then it is your responsibility to make sure you have chosen the correct colour and size option(s) before making payment, as we are unable to send them back, therefore we are unable to make refunds.
