Motorcycle training project BUMPY has secured funding from the Kirklees Young People's Activity Programme to run a series of free sessions during the Easter break.

Based on the Howden Clough Industrial Estate on Leeds Road, BUMPY will be running free off-road motorcycle training sessions for 8 - 19 year olds. Please see below for list of dates, times and areas that you must be from:

Monday 26th July 9:30 - 12:30, 1:30 - 4:30 Batley, Birstall and Birkenshaw

Monday 2nd August 9:30 - 12:30, 1:30 - 4:30 Spen Valley

Tuesday 24th August 9:30 - 12:30 Dewsbury and Mirfield

Wednesday 1st September 9:30 - 12:30 Dewsbury and Mirfield

If you would like to take part please call 01924 470432, and leave your name, address and phone number. The maximum group size is 12 on each session, so book early to avoid disappointment.

A parental consent form must be signed in advance of riding sessions.

* Ride for 4 days over summer and get your 5th day for FREE. Offer available to all new and existing members between the 26th July 2010 and 3rd September 2010. Please ask at reception for your LOYALTY CARD which must be presented every time you visit us over summer.

Over the Summer Holidays take advantage of our 9 acre park to ride your trials bike legally, all you have to do is become a member (£10 per year, discounts available for families) or lessons are available 7 days a week if you wish to learn how to ride a trials bike.
