The rain stopped just in time for the start of BUMPY's 1st round of the Absolute Beginners and Novice series.

"C" class rider Matt Holton from  Barnsley came out overall winner with an excellent ride, losing just 17 marks in very slippy conditions.

Richard Sutcliffe won the Adult novices with Shane O'Brien winning the "A" class.

Luke Webster completed the 4 laps and 10 sections to win the "B"class.

The course comprised mostly of woodland sections which got worse as the day went on, the beginners course was won by Mark Trout with Danny Needham winning the "A"class, Alex Walker won the "B" class and in the "C" class Elliot Pinchbeck came out top in the small wheel "C" class.

Jack Hughes won from Tom Halton and Joseph Smith had a convincing win in the "D" class.

The organisers would like to thank everyone for their support on what turned out be be a very good day.
